Everton offers escape road to Arda Turan as Barcelona are desperately seeking to find a buyer

Everton might be one of the most active clubs in the Janaury transfer window this month.
And reports from Spain are linking the Merseyside club with a move for Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan.
Mundo Deportivo are reporting that Barca are looking to offload the Turkey international, who has failed to impress at Camp Nou since moving there in 2015.
He hasn’t made a single appearance for the La Liga giants so far this season and looks destined to leave.

The report suggests that Turan’s agent Ahmed Bulut has offered him to a number of clubs around Europe and that has made Sam Allardyce to consider a move for him.
Any potential deal could reach a stumbling block, however, over the former Atletico Madrid man’s wage demands, as well as Barcelona’s asking price.
Everton are looking to sign three new players this month as they look to bounce back from a poor start of season.
The Toffees currently sit 9’th in the Premier League table with 27 points, 13 far from a place which guarantees European competitions.
